Our Background

Kunjachan Missionary Bhavan, Psycho-social Rehabilitation Centre was established in 2001 october 16th in Ramapuram, Idiyanal. It is a Vincentian Project , registered under Board of Control for Orphanages and Other Charitable Homes, Kerala and its recognition number 872.
Kunjachan Missionary Bhavan aims to protect and rehabilitate mentally challenged and destitutes. Kunjachan Missionary Bhavan helps the individuals to develop independence, social integration and bring them to the mainstream of the society through education, training, employment and multi-disciplinary intervention. Kunjachan Missionary Bhavan aims spiritual growth, promote atmosphere of wellbeing, psycho education, counseling and crisis management, drug therapy and vocational training etc.
We give all these activities with the aim of having a better mind for the inmates and a good social mind for the inmates. By having all these training the patient may be able to have a better inner peace. We ensure the quality of service for the inmates with homely environment. All inmates are living happily in our institution with our facilities given.
